Aside from the multiple health benefits animal companionship has on humans including the reduction of stress, depression and anxiety and improve overall quality of life in many ways. Our furry friends contribute to our overall calmness, distract us from negative thoughts and encourage exercise. They allow us to feel fulfilled and purposeful in life.
The greatest power animals give us is their companionship. Animals of all kinds are loyal to their humans. They protect us from danger and sense our emotions when they come up. Overall, animals share the same amount of love with us as we do them.
